Find your letters
Select a handwritten letter or letters. It might be folded in a drawer, tucked away in a shoebox, or framed on your wall. Old or new, joyful or aching. What matters is the story it carries.

Capture them clearly
Use your phone or a scanner to take clear, high-quality images of each handwritten page, jpeg format works best, if you are emailing them to us. If you have the letter's envelope, feel free to include that too. The handwriting, smudges, and stamps are part of what make these letters real.

(Optional) Tell us why it matters to you
You’re invited to include a short reflection. Who wrote it? What was happening at the time? Why has it stayed with you? A little context helps others feel the heart behind your letter.
